Resilience is a Superpower
You can't fail if you don't quit.
If you're finding it hard to land an interview these days, don't give up!!
Resilience is a superpower. Here's how to cultivate it.
π€ Let yourself feel your feelings (fear, anguish, stress). Don't push them aside, but do give yourself permission to push forward.
β© Step into productive perseverance. Take an active approach to your situation. Submit one application, send one message to an old colleague, create one post on LinkedIn. Just keep going.
π Get grateful for the goodness all around you. Seek it out and sit in appreciation for anything and everything beautiful in your life - even if it's just the shining sun or a breath of fresh air.
π€ Give to get. Looking for a job? Help someone else who's in your shoes. Make a connection for them to someone in your network. Let yourself bask in how good that feels.
πββοΈ Recognize that this experience of "funemployment" can actually enhance your life experience. Do you ever feel horrible after a safe and healthy workout? No. It was hard, but you did it anyway and felt great afterward.
π― There's an awesome job out there for you. By taking an active role in facing the challenge of job change, you're developing strength. You're creating your very own superpower of resilience.
If you've been thinking about hiring a coach to help you with your job change, weβre here for you.
